@lauraiklmn Good news — the thing you asked about is now a real screen, and it went out in version 1.4.0.

In your WordPress admin: Robina → Notifications (in the Robina menu, just above Settings).

You’ll find the six emails Robina sends, listed on the left:

• Booking confirmed — to the customer
• Booking awaiting confirmation — to the customer
• Reminder before the booking — to the customer
• Booking cancelled — to the customer
• New booking — to you
• Booking cancelled — to you

Pick one and you can change its subject and its message in a normal editor (bold, lists, links), or switch that email off entirely with the checkbox at the top.

Under the message there is a row of placeholders — {customer_first_name}, {service_name}, {booking_when}, {cancel_url} and others. Click one and it drops in wherever your cursor is; Robina swaps it for the real value when the email goes out.

On the right you see a live preview of the finished email, and at the bottom there’s Send test email, so you can put it in your own inbox before a customer sees it. If you change your mind, Reset to the original wording brings the default text back for that one email.

One heads-up, because I pointed you at Loco Translate last time. The email texts have moved out of the translation files and into this editor, so most of what you may have translated there will not carry over. After updating, please open Robina → Notifications and check the wording.

The good news is you no longer need Loco for the emails at all: what you type in the editor is what gets sent, in any language.

Two more things in the same release: the emails now actually look like something — your business name and your button colour in the header, the booking laid out as a card, and a proper button for the cancellation link. Every message also carries a plain-text copy for mail apps that don’t show HTML.

And the booking email that used to say “Your booking is pending.” now has its own, more natural wording.

Thanks again for reporting these, and I am glad the calendar is working well for you. Both issues are fixed in 1.3.2, and 1.3.3 is out now too, so please update straight to that one.

Phone prefix. The field now starts on your own country automatically, based on your site language. And the country list now opens properly on mobile, so customers from other countries can still change it themselves.

Translation. All the buttons and labels of the booking form and the timetable are now visible to Loco Translate, so you can put the whole form into your language:

Update to 1.3.3.
Open Loco Translate -> Plugins -> Robina, select your language and press Sync (or add the language first if you have not created it yet).
You will see the form strings appear as new entries, ready for you to translate whenever it suits you.
The month and weekday names in the calendar need no translation at all, they follow your site language on their own.

One small note in case your site is multilingual: on a translated page the dial code would follow that page’s language, so there is now a Phone country field in Robina -> Settings where you can fix it to your own country.

You’re right: there’s no front-end schedule/calendar view yet — on the front end
Robina currently only has the booking form ([robina_booking_form] / the popup
[robina_booking_button]). The calendar view exists only in the wp-admin.

It’s a perfect fit for a yoga studio, though, so we’ll work on adding a public
schedule view in the next few days. Stay tuned for an update — I’ll post here when
