Yes the image link is the same in the Newsletter Template as in the Email Template. I have attached links to images showing the templates and the results.

As you can see the header clearly shows in the Email but not in the Newsletter.

Thank you. I did deactivate all plug-ins and see the Publish action now appearing in the Edit list. I will see whoch plug-in is the offending one and remember for next time.
