Thanks for your reply.
I have tried both solutions before and none of them worked for me.
By the way, I,also, inspected the JSON response via the Developer tool and everything is fine, the file is uploaded successfully.
I am really lost, I don’t know what’s going on.

Thanks for your help.
The issue was one plugin that I’ve installed and activated but never used [Coyote_Grid_Lite plugin]. I don’t know where exactly the issue come from but deleting this plugin has solved the problem.
