Submitted a ticket as requested but no reply or acknowledgement.
What can I do? If it is too much of a hassle, I can just uninstall it.
I even deleted the plugin and re-installed, still the same.

I think it has to do with the save button function in the settings menu. After reordering the buttons, it automatically saves. And the order seems correct in the webpages. But If I press the save button after ordering, the order becomes arbitrary and does not appear as I want it in the webpage.
