The problem does not go away, even if I deactivate all the plugins in phpmyadmin (I can’t access /plugins.php in the dashboard, or I rename the plugin as you indicate.
I think it starting happening after an update of the plugin https://wp-client.com. I already contacted them but they can’t find the iseue either. THe error message belongs to that plugin.
I deactivated that plugin too, nothing happened.
