no they are not. they changed the ip of the server for me same network same setup and everything works perfect again
blocked from it seems to be wordpress.org & wordpress.com all access from that ip just gets connection timed out other ips in network can connect fine all traffic is legit just high traffic site
separate sites and installs best way to accomplish a blog network and separate each blogger
