yes, i see the problem. The sub directory is repeated in urls for these 3 files.
I did a quick test saving the html source to computer and changing the url, and it worked. The loading image appeared and then the results started to display:

hi there, think have same problem. it’s not working for me either.
my blog is in a sub directory. eg: http://www.example.com/treatment/
