    Hi,
Sorry but for some reason I didn’t get notified about the first reply.

Thanks for the link, I already have powerpack installed but it’s not quite what I need / want to do.

The powerpack allows me to add additional emails to the requesting users profile and then include that address in all communication for the ticket.

what I want is to be able to email a separate user a question from the ticket and have their reply go back into the ticket but not include them in further emails/notices/surveys etc

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hi,
Thanks for the input. I will have a look at those options.
My goal in my head was to have a single entry point where I add a users name, title, groups, drives etc and which systems they require access to and then the script/tool/process creates the required accounts in various systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ZOHO, WordPress etc) depending on what they need.
I’ll be running this on a windows desktop so PowerShell was my default go-to as the scripting method. If need be I could use it to then call other tools if they accept command line options or I could save the fields to something like a CSV and then call a tool with the csv as input. etc etc.. many potential paths.
I just want to enter the user details once rather than repeat it in every system.

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hi,
    Thanks for the reply.
I was just trying to avoid the non techie / low skill managers from having to access the WP dashboard to see the current stats.
Being able to have a normal page that they could access with the different counts and / or graphs would have been great.
I’ll have to work out where to go to log a feature request. I have a few that would make life a lot easier for admins.
    Thanks
    Ian

    Hi,
    Thanks for the reply.
Isn’t the advanced reports & stats all about running a report for sending to people?
If I’m wrong let me know.

What I want is to have the counts / stats on a live page. As in, whenever someone goes to this page they see the current counts of the ticketing system.
In my head (limited WP experience) I was picturing having a page with an element or code like [GAS_open-ticket-counts] or [GAS_ticket-stats] and I could build a helpful page like that.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the reply.
The question relates to the documentation addon for awesome support.
I was thinking about it and a visible to role option at the Product level would probably be ideal as that would alwo an entire section to be restricted.
This restriction would be good for an “Admin” product to keep procedures and other admin level documentation OR for any documentation for a specific product that should only be visible to specific types of users.
Is there a way to request a feature?

Sorry everyone, I worked out it was the WP SMTP plugin that is also installed.
