All measures were done, latest release, latest PHP, downgrade WP to 6.9.4 from 7 in case that was the issue, disabled Ajax, tried different themes – no change.
Update: it all works OK from the back end, it is the front client facing end that is the problem.
yep only windows 11, probably is a windows update that is causing it I just need to know for sure
