Hi,
I initially had the issue with another theme, but went through the documentation and found that the permissions needed to be changed on the folders containing the themes. I made these changes and the issue went away (with all the other themes) Most recently I installed this theme and now the issue has arisen again.. but note: ONLY when I am attempting to change the header or the background image. Otherwise I have no issues and no permissions problems…?
