when i try to setup config while startup it shows me that table prefix can not be empty. while before i have not encountered this problem.

Actually there are many reasons for that
First of all you can check your website is really download or just down for you Here
Second, It may crash because of your plugin
just using ftp you can go to wp-content and there rename your plugin folder to plugin_old. and see may it works.
or just try these
1. go to setttings (Google Chrome)
2. click show advance settings
3. click content settings
4. click all cookies and data
5. click remove all.
6. Done
If doesnt works any solution
you may contact to your host company, may be the server they are providing you is down.
