Yes, clear cache of all sites worked but it’s not the expectation because it causes everything to be recreate and very costly for just editing a post.
I check your source code and I found that I’m lucky because I also have polylang enabled, so that every domain become a separated folder. Without polylang (and some other plugins), all domain will share a same cache folder and it will cause me trouble.
I think nowaday multiple domains but single site is popular. Our case is because of business requirement the main site is blocked in a countrie but another domain is registered and whitelisted from that country (we are not doing something illegal but just because that kind of business is required to use government managed domain).
