where would i find my theme’s header.php file and my wp-config.php file?

The Get Response people also said “Please be advised that a correct RSS feed should end in *.xml when mine ends in “/blog/?feed=rss2”. Maybe that’s whats wrong?
Everything was working fine until one day it wasnt valid anymore…now I don’t know what to do. thanks for taking the time to help me, hopefully you guys can see whats going on with that validator link.
