There is a support forum for all the Theme Hybrid themes and plugins. You need to pay to have access though.
My upgrade did not work out. Went back to my old version of WP and downgraded the plugin to an older version.
Got it activated now, but do not have clue how to use it…
You might need to upgrade your WP version. It did seem to do the trick for other users.
I’m upgrading right now, because this plugin would solve a big problem for me.
