Really appreciate you taking the time to write this up, and glad you’re enjoying the plugin so far.
I’ve fixed it, and I went with your suggestion. The arrows now move one product at a time at every screen size, so nothing gets skipped no matter your layout or how many products you have.
The fix is in version 1.2.1. WordPress.org holds new updates for about 24 hours before they go out, so it should show up on your Plugins screen by tomorrow.
