The first one is a bit pricey for what we need and the 2nd looks good, but I’d prefer to have a system that is on the site, not relying on another site because if they ever go down or stop trading, we will be in trouble.

The formatting won’t be a problem, as the users will be filling in a Gravity form and selecting the date from a picker.

In reply to: Portfolio for web designerthe first comment I would make is that it definitely jumps out at you and you have all the info there on the home page.
My only problem with it, is that among everything else, the navigation menu is very small. When you look at the size of your name, it is not all that noticeable for such an important part of the site.
