ok fine, but I dont know how to do the last bit – I dont know how to reupload files (which means my theme will come back, right?) and please bare in mind i am an idiot so I dont know what most of the stuff you say means 🙂

I still dont know how to do this. yes its FTP, but I dont see how to re-upload them. at the moment the website is a blank white space.
