These are the Same complaints, over and over again (month after month, year after year) by many people–and yet he continually acts perplexed at these same problems.

I really don’t know how to make it any more simple for you. Page Protection does NOT Protect and work. Same problem year after year.
And it doesn’t matter how many membership levels we have. That’s Not the problem, as we stated.
These are the Same Problems and questions people have been complaining about for months/years.
As always, you never answer the question or fix your plugin.

Sometimes even the hosting company does not know what to do even when I kept sending them your link. They kept replying, “Just Delete the Shield.” I kept saying, “Shield is not listed with the plugins. Nor was there a forceoff and I didn’t want to mess around with crashing my site. I’m ok with going around in circles–when happily Dancing, that is. 😉

I am on the Shield Support page so it should be obvious I’m referring to Shield.
Again, we should be warned (not on a help desk but on/by the Activate button) about having to go into our Control Panel and mess around there bec there is no simple Uninstall or Deactivate.
We did see your directions and was not helpful thus far.
I’m set for now but perhaps in the future I will need EDD.
Anyway, I had too many plugins.

With a lil creativity I renamed my Shop link with Easy n Private and now don’t need to mess with my online sites.
Anyway, I’ve uninstalled and so will now consider this Resolved.

It’s too bad. And Pippin seems to be nice enough…that’s why I changed it to 3 Stars instead of 1.
Yes, Pippin (and another) replied to my email and I’m in agreement with someone who gave 1 star saying the update is bad and it’s a mess. Ck out 1 star. It took a week for Pippen to click on my site. However, I realize it’s free at this point. When I get this happening, I will surely compensate authors well.
It used to work.
It doesn’t work if you have a Discount for your Customers.
They’ll go around and around in circles getting weird screens and give up. Losing Customers is not the goal.

I’m not sure how your em reply said it worked. Perhaps when you have a coffee moment, you can try again.
1) Clicking on Shop > Easy n Private Cart
2) Clicking on Green Button “$12.95 – Add to Cart” (gets me to “Checkout”)
3) Need to type Discount Code >> There’s no place to enter their Discount Code.
Neither work:
1) If I click on the Blue “Save Cart” button ==>> a Weird screen appears with a weird URL (Not good)and by clicking on this unusual URL >> I Still am Not at a place to Enter my/their Discount Code
AND there is a “Login” screen. This is Not EASY. (No one needs to Login to buy on my site…nor going thru WooCommerce.)
AND when clicking on “Cart” it states “Your cart is currently empty.”
This is horrible and certainly no one would buy with this going on. Does Not work.
4) Bottom line, I have to start all over again by going to Woocommerce Cart/Product after all.
After they go around & around in Circles, they will Not want to Start all over again at Shop/Product.
Now I need to repost my directions on other online sites to ppl and that will delete their Positive Comments on my book.
I’ll need to remove it and just have the Woocommerce Cart that works.
