NS62.DOMAINCONTROL.COMThis is really frustrating. I used to just go to the admin login page associated with my domain name and log right in… now it doesn’t exist.

In reply to: Cannot Login – Cannot Find AccountTara – I just reviewed the link you provided – and have no idea what to do with that information. MySQL databases? Setting it up was pretty easy and I can use about any website builder tool, pulled in the plugins just fine, linked out to other sites, etc., but apparently I’m in over my head with the troubleshooting.

That’s who I own the domain name through. I called them today and they said server names were pointed out to what he assumed was the wordpress.org location but that was really all he could tell me. He said everything looked fine on their end. I’ll head over to godaddy and see if I can figure out what you’ve mentioned Tara. Thank you for trying to help.

In reply to: Cannot Login – Cannot Find AccountNo – it worked fine for months after that. I haven’t logged in for about a year and today is when I experienced the problem. Like I said, even my phone app says the URL doesn’t exist. I’m wondering if it just expired or something. Is that a possibility?

In reply to: Cannot Login – Cannot Find AccountNo, my old one was. This one is with wordpress.org. But it says my domain doesn’t exist. I loaded the app on my phone and was able to get into the .com site but that’s my old one.
