Thank very much for answer.
I uploaded my files via hosting company file manager
and it works. Thank you for your advice I have got
all my files on my website but one thing left pictures
are not showing up, for that I tried to delete all the plugins
it didn’t work, I changed permission it didn’t work and double check
my path everything is fine. What can you advice me?

From WP dashboard I went to Settings> Media> Store Uploads on this folder

Could you help me to find out how to fix GeoIP dat and GeoIPV6 dat.
When I tried to upload dummy to Media Library I saw these two point
preventing me do upload. So when I pointed my cursor on them, I noticed
this message: sorry this type of file is not permitted for security reasons.
Please see the FAQ.
I am stuck with my work.
Is there anyone who can help me please.
