It seems that I’m not making any progress with this. It would be great to get a step by step instructions for how to do it.

For example – I want to translate “Previous Post” into Finnish. Where in the Plugin do I find the text “Previous Post” and where do I do the actual translation into Finnish?

I have looked everywhere, but do not find “Previous Post” anywhere. Hence, I can’t even make any translation.

    Thanks for help!

Sorry, I did mean I’m not able to add new translations for the existing strings. I will get a chance to look into this again early next week. I will follow up should I not make any progress.

Thanks for your help on this!

    Hey Hannah,

Thanks! I do see the String translation, however, it does not allow me to add any new translations. 2 294 strings have been translated into Finnish but I can’t add any on my own. Am I potentially looking from the wrong place or doing something else wrong? I would imagine this to be so easy that you could just add your own translations “on the fly” sort of speak.

Thanks for this! I did download the plugin and red the documentation. However, the Text Editor does not seem to accept “new” translations at all. Could this be because I’m running on WP 4.7. and the Plugin is only compatible with 4.6.1? Or am I doing something completely wrong
