thank you got it sorted. it was custom post type $meta_key problem.
I did not post the solution back because can’t provide you with detailed solution. If that helps anyone I will say that theme was purchased from templatemonster so after spending some time in researching on the issue I submitted support ticket. They have removed most of the java script in one of the theme’s js files and it worked. I would suggest try to exeriment with that making sure you have backed up original files.
