Turns out the “server problems” was code for “we don’t know why you can’t log in”. Eventually the billing department figured it out: the login name was wrong. The billing department also got to show that they were good at processing cancellations.
Thanks ballarino. I added it to custom_functions.php and the Events appeared in the list. When I clicked on Theme Functions (functions.php) in the list the frame was blank.
How does one apply this patch? Where does this code go?
