Thanks! Ended up going through the FTP through our host and deleting the extra themes aside from the default. Thanks everyone!
so I made it into the FTP and to the wp-content/themes, and there is only the twentyten theme there. So, I’m not sure what else to check for or how to get this back up and running.
So is there a way to go about and basically ‘reset’ it?
