Please make sure your Event Tickets plugin is up to date
Then disconnect PayPal (don’t try the refresh option, just disconnect it completely) and reconnect.

You’ll probably get a better experience if you use our Calendar plugin along with our Tickets plugin.

@arconsulting well, it is working for everybody else =]
I went to your site to test and noticed there are a lot of bugs with the theme.
Perhaps you should try reverting to a default theme temporarily, like 2020 and disable other plugins and see if the checkout works.
Please make sure your ET plugin is up to date.
Then completely remove the PayPal connection, and re-connect from scratch.

Thanks for jumping in nirmana with the suggestion! I don’t know anything about that plugin myself but it’s always great to see the community jumping in and helping each other out!
What are you using as your payment processor? Tickets Commerce? WooCommerce? Easy Digital Downloads?
