I received a decent response time Apr 5-7. I’m sure the number of tickets received on those days was pretty high too due to the release of upgrade 4.7.1. Whatever the issue is, I do hope for the company’s sake it is resolved.
This experience made me realize that having so much functionality tied into one plugin is perhaps not a good idea. I will be changing my website to move away from this direction.

Carolyn S. was assisting me since my site went down on 4/5. The last I heard from her was 4/7. I made an effort to connect via email 4/8, 4/10-12 since I heard from her last with no response back. Today I crossed my fingers and tried to delete and reinstall one more time. The newest upgrade must have fixed the issue.
