That’s really incredible Joni. I checked out the forum, and it’s great. Really is massive. 🙂

You’re right – validating plugin code would be terrific! 😉

So I notice (from your About page), that you live with your shoe collection. You sound much like my Mother. I think she too has over 100 pairs. She loves shoes. It’s mostly my Father’s fault. He brings her home new shoes all the time – because he loves to spoil her. 🙂

Thank you for the thoughts. VERY much appreciated. I need to fix that tag – it was outputted I believe by the Twitter widget. Validating the site is the next step, and will surely have a day dedicated to accomplishing! 🙂

So this friend remark, jonimueller – should I take this as a compliment? 😉 It’s exciting to hear of his success – that’s great!

And you’re right – I’ll be changing the nav bar. I’m not a huge fan either.

Once again – all your thoughts are very much appreciated.
    Have a wonderful day,
    Christian

Naturally – I would do it this way – but I’m trying to stay standard & correct by using the custom folder in Thesis. The above code is placed into custom_functions.php folder – and then the code is hooked using the thesis_hook_after_post command.

Everything works perfectly – I just need to come up with a variable and if statement that understands whether I’m on the home page, a post, or a page.

    Example:
if on $post –> then show the following code

No – not my own theme; but slowly customizing to my own specs. If you’re asking what my skill level capacities include; the theme I’m using is about up to par with what I’m capable of accomplishing. I just really fell in love with this theme, which was already built, and decided to try it out!

I DID though, use the already built theme – and created a theme to match for bbPress. For further site integration.

As always – I’m willing to help others if you have questions on how I was able to develop certain features, integrate the forums, plugins, etc…

Yep – that’s my next step. Validation. Thanks for the input.

Whether it’s standard practice or not; I’ve always liked to get my designs down quickly first – and then proceed to validate the project. Any thoughts?
