In reply to: [OceanWP] Multi-step Checkout Billing Fields out of OrderThe Multi-step Checkout is a feature of Ocean WP. So you’re claiming that users should expect this Ocean WP feature to present the checkout fields out of order as part of the feature?
I think your reply is well intentioned, but the true problem is there is a bug in the OceanWP Multi-step Checkout feature causing the coupon option to disappear and the billing fields of email, first name, and last name to be out of sequence.
Sincerely,
Rev. Dr. LloydForum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OceanWP] Multi-step Checkout Billing Fields out of OrderAdditional information. Multi-step also removes the ability to add a coupon. I’ve created a page with screen captures of both regular checkout and Multi-Step checkout high-lighting the differences.

Thank You,
Rev. Dr. LloydThank you @webtoffeesupport. We resolved the issue by installing the additional plugin. However, the zip file saved from the link provided would not install. Installation was only successful clicking Plugins->Add New then searching mPDF then install.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Shipping Regional Rate“You are using the WooCommerce Shipping plugin, and you have recently discovered that rates for parcels using regional rate Boxes are not available. Correct?”

I could not wait for you all to tinker around while I was loosing business for delayed shipping.
– I tried to disconnect Jetpack using the WordPress.org site. When I deactivated and re-activated the plug-in the same error still happened.
-From my site, I went to JetPack-MyJetpack-Disconnect. I clicked on disconnect but when I refreshed page the site was still connected.
– From my site, I went to JetPack-Dashboard-At a Glace-Connetions-Site Connections-Manage Site Connection and that link finally disconnected JetPack. I was then able to deinstall then reinstall jetpack then connect. After that the error did not show up.While I appreciate Automattic providing WordPress, JetPack, and WooCommerce free of charge. As our retail continues to grow efficient support is vital. Unless there is a paid support option for faster resolution, it may be time to find a better e-commerce partner combination.
I did the following and there was no change in error message:
1) disabled all plug-ins including JetPack
2) deleted and re-installed JetPack.
3) reconnected JetPack.
-error “There was an error fetching your purchases information. Check your site connectivity and try again.”JetPack MyStatus shows connected
Wordpress Settings–>General shows the site is connected to WordPress
Wordpress profile payment methods is accurate.Meanwhile, I still can’t ship WooCommerce orders because WooCommerce Shipping Can’t Connect to the WordPress Payment because JetPack isn’t fetching your purchases information.

Here’s a screen shot. https://hermitscupboard.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/JetPack-Error.webp
I have customer orders to ship and I can’t because WooCommerce shipping relies on JetPack for the connection to WordPress payments.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Mobile search not workingThank you @skalanter. Our site uses OceanWP and one of our customers reported the search feature was broken on our site yesterday and this fix worked perfectly.
I downloaded the zip, FTP’d, activated, there was a brief error like -plug-in is not installed-(I think this was because the original folder was still edited with _BAD_foldername), I returned to plug-in page, the plug-in WAS active. I then re-activated a2-w3-total-cache. There were no errors.
Original data for WooCommerce Google Ads Conversion Tracking was maintained. There were no additional errors.
Status: Revised update appears to work without critical error. . I won’t be able to confirm full functionality without an order and we do not have a “test” site or “sandbox” to test the Google Ad tracking.
Thank you very much for you expediency. I’m impressed!
