Hello Matheus:

I had to do a couple of workarounds to get this to work. 1) It appears the multiple page form does not work for me. The simple form works fine, and I will use that one for now. Secondly, to get around the Donations page issue, I created a page titled “Giving” and copy my content over to that page. It is labeled as “Donations”, but the page name is “Giving”. All is working fine now.

I really appreciate you reaching out. To answer your question, I have two separate issues: 1) When I do view the site, the form does not display. The page has “Archives: Donation Forms” in the heading and then Simple Donation Form and Donation Form in the body. 2) When I go to the Donations page and try to select the DONATE NOW button, the button does not work.
