Version 1.4.19 seems to have done the trick. I am wrapping up the work on this site and your plugin is definitely a “keeper“. I have tested three submissions without a problem so all looks good now.

Yes, I am using 1.4.17 and WP 3.1.3. It seemed to work fine in earlier versions of the plugin (1.4.14 I think). Is there a way I could go back to an earlier version to check it out? Is there anything I can do to help?
