Hey, an update –

I’m not using WP-reCAPTCHA anymore.

Instead I’m using :

WP reCaptcha Integration
it works for login, signup, comment forms, Ninja Forms Contact Form 7 and woocommerce.

I think it was a day after I had this issue.
