    ıf you are not going to aswer pre-sale form or contact us form why they are there i already wrote to pre-sale queries as you requested and all the info you need to track my account and my order its there i shared it via same ticket

    Technically speaking, yes, right now I could actually say I am being scammed. In the end, I paid, you took my money, and you did not fulfill your promise. If you are truly going to provide support, I am calling you to action. Before Freemius accepts my refund request, if you manage to deliver what I purchased, I might consider withdrawing the refund request. But something inside me tells me I will regret this, because when I couldn’t get support, I did some research and saw that many people are also unable to get support. I am not alone.

    Unfortunately, I cannot provide an order number because the problem is exactly at that point. The site received my payment and then kicked me to the homepage after 3D secure payment (6 digit random password provided by bank via SMS). After 3D secure payment finished, there is a white page without giving anything and boom I am on homepage.

    However, after the payment was done, I did not receive any confirmation email or account activation email. I created a new email for testing and signed up again, but there is still no activation email, so I am unable to log into both of my accounts.

    I actually tried to contact you through your website’s contact us page multiple times, if you actually look at your contact us page, you will see. If the site answers my contact us request, sure of course I will share the information with the site too. If you are not going to look there, please delete that panel, it is misleading.

    I had to move the issue to Freemius and asked them for a refund after the lack of support on WCLovers’ end. At the moment, I am actively communicating with them via email. I have provided them with the information they requested in order to identify my order. By the way, I gave the order 50 hours ago. This is sad and a huge red flag. I can’t trust WCLovers after this and I need to buy something more expensive.

    I mean like this: even the company’s site does not work, how should I trust their product? Here is the other thing, I don’t think my issue is related to pre-sale. I already bought maybe after-sale support but for that you need to send me an activation email first.

    The site says for ticket, I need to log in, for log in I need to click activation link, for that you need to send me one first. You can see the loop, right? Is it really too hard to make a re-send activation mail button? Clearly your automation system does not work like it should or does not work at all.

    I am sorry but I am experiencing issue at cartoon level. If you were not a worldwide known brand, I would report this as fraud. “Incase you are a paid user and want urgent support submit your request here.” Yes, I paid and was trying to be a user and I got nothing. I am saying “you” as “WCLovers”, don’t get me wrong please. I am really sad because I really wanted this. You and Elementor are big no-no on my eyes after this. I deserve better. Like, how hard can it be? You are going to take money and after that you are giving the services. Elementor can’t take money, you can’t send simple email nor licance
