Hello @beamkiller,
Sorry for the inconvenience. I can see that you’re using the free version of the plugin, which is why you’re seeing the media icon instead of the actual media — the free version of WP Social Ninja does not support media.
Regarding the broken image issue, I noticed that the URL signature has expired. This usually happens due to a few reasons:
Site caching: Please disable any site-level and server-side caching.
Cron job issues: Verify that Cron is active and running properly.
Also, please check if the source appears as invalid in the Template section.
If it does, reauthorizing the account might help. You can follow the steps in this documentation:

Let us know if the issue persists after these steps.
Thank you.
Thank you too, @jma914133.
Have a good day.

Hello @gianniscfa,
Thank you for your query. Unfortunately, this is not possible currently. I’ll share it with our developers to consider it for a future update if possible.
Best regards.
Please check out the social reviews section for platform configuration: https://wpsocialninja.com/docs-category/social-reviews/. If you have platforms configured, you will be able to select multiple platforms from the template (see screenshot).
Thank you.
Hello @kampot888 ,
Thank you for your query. Yes, it’s possible to combine reviews from multiple platforms into a single template and then embed it using one shortcode as you will get individual shortcodes per template. All you need to do is select platforms from the Source section.
Please let us know if you have any further queries.
Have a nice day.

Hello @kravzz1,
Thank you for your valuable suggestion. We understand the importance of loading profile images from the local server instead of external sources, which is indeed a more efficient approach.
I have notified the R&D team, and we are actively working on this feature. We hope to make it available soon.
Thank you again for your input.
Best regards.
