Hi, I’ve got the same problem with the Atahualpa theme. It has sidebars (two on each side if you set it up that way) but there is nothing showing up in any of the sidebars, only a tooltip in the page centre when you hover over a footnote number. The site is at http://www.selfbuild-central.co.uk/
and I’m using Atahualpa 3.7.11 on wordpress 3.5.1
