I have this drag/drop problem with Safari & Firefox, on a WP.com hosted site and on my self hosted site…
Have all the collations set to swedish too. I’m not sure they were in the begining, what is the difference between changing them to utf or leaving them?
I have the same problem even when I disable all the plugins…
