So the line is showing but so are the quotation marks as well. How do I just do the line without the quotations?

Thank you! Do I have to add this before every quotation? Or does one time suffice for all? I’m sorry I’m pretty clueless when it comes to things like this as you can tell.
I want it to look more like a news site which would mean it’s far off. I also want a theme with good support and ratings. Doesn’t seem like I can get all those together.
Is there a way to get a divider between each post?

Thanks for your help!

Also still getting the clickable items too close and too big for screen errors. I don’t get this.
