Actually, I found it and got it to work. Thank you. I was expecting the custom fields box to show up on the left side of dashboard or editing toolbox not at bottom of page 🙂

Thanks, David. I checked off the “show custom fields” box and reinstalled the plugin. Maybe I’m missing something but where would the meta box show up?
