Thanks for outlining your method. It’s a real shame that there’s no easier way. You must have more patience than me! I think it’s just gong to be too time consuming to complete a gallery photo by photo when it runs into the hundreds. Do you know of any other WordPress solution?

Can you recommend what would be the best way to got my site for hnphotographic.co.uk up again. When i click on http://www.hnphotographic.co.uk/wordpress2 it takes me to my sites 404 page not found.
What I want to do is start again from fresh with this site as it’s lost although I can still log in the the administrator panel and see all my content for the site. Can you point me in the direction of a tutorial of how to set up my site again on my host etc. I would like to do this correclty this time as I dont want to run into the same problem for future updates etc.

So if i’m understanding correctly the database wp_2 is not the same database as wordpress2, and wordpress2 does not exist/faulty.
Am I correct in thinking I can delete the databases wp_1 and wp_920?
Does this mean I can delete the wordpress2 fils in my ftp manager as well.
Can you advise how I should go about getting the hnphotographic.co.uk site back up?

I originally though I installed my wordpress site on hnphotog_wp2 as on wp1 I uploaded to this and then was having difficulty adding a subdomain. As I couldn’t add my subdomain I started again (I think) creating wp_2. The subdomain is investigationma.hnphotographic.co.uk document root /public_html/inve
stigationma.comCan you advise what you suggest, would it be best to start again and if so how would I go about this? My only concern is loosing the investigationma.com website as it is important that this stays uploaded.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Im having trouble posting a ticket as I cant load any pages. However I do have access to my dashboard. I have tried to upload a ticket to http://www.hnphotographic.co.uk/contact-us.
I have not completed the wp-config.php should I have done this?

I’ve read that I could replace the files in my directory manually with 3.3.1 is this correct or could it be a problem with the theme? How would I complete the manual update if this is correct?

The details it asked for were the Database Type, Host and Name Username and Password if I recall correctly, I took these details from my cpanel> >my applications.
