Hello 123host, thanks, this helped me to solve the problem. Fwiw, your updated instruction does not occur in the FAQ version at https://speakout.123host.net.au/faq/ yet (still the old instructions).
As mentioned that you want to explore an idea (good!), to share my observations, as for multilinguality, you do have some rudimental support as illustrated here (temporarily) for English [1], German [2], French [3], where it e.g. correctly transcribes “First Name” [1], “Vorname” [2], “Prenom” [3] and all these three seem to feed into the same database, it just that features such as the Submission button seem not to be multilang-capable.
At the moment, solving this in the production version by pointing from the English page [4] to a German page (main audience is in Germany anyway) but it is not very elegant …
