@shinch, To modify that line (Atahualpa Theme) go to Appearance >> Atahualpa Theme Options >> Footer and click on ‘style & Edit footer’ link.

The problem is due to the number of post in your featured category, It must have the minimum number of post set in mimbo options, if the problem continue try set other categories as featured and reselect the category.
