We have a fix in place to be deployed Monday 28th.
In order to have this working now I was able to find a workaround
Your custom post type needs to have the Custom fields support
CPT has an option for this attribute, or if adding a custom post type by code add
‘custom-fields’ at the ‘supports’ propertyThanks and sorry for any inconvenience.

We don’t provide support for the 3rd party plugin you shared on your screenshot.
What I can help you with is that to collect submission you need to have Non-hubspot forms enabled. Here is a link on how to do so https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/use-non-hubspot-forms
Also I noticed that on your website you are caching the hubspot script which can lead to some errors
Hi @pbaddock I believe I may have found a possible reason
Currently your website is caching the Hubspot script loader at https://www.capitalclaims.com.au/wp-content/cache/min/1/2354195.js, which I observe causes the js.hscollectedforms.net/collectedforms.js to not load immediately – which is the script responsible for capturing form submissions. You can see this if you refresh your page
My suggestion is to not cache the Hubspot script loader

This normally happens when you have a Adblocker present, or if you are using Firefox due to their total cookie protection. For better diagnose on this problem I would need a HAR file to be sent to wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com with the navigation you are performing until you reach the blank page
