Thank you for your message however that doesnt resolve it as it is already on WooCommerce 10.8.1
All plugins are as unto date as I can achieve

Thank you for your response.
So I have created a staging site, uninstalled and reinstalled the Woopayments plugin, no change, errors still present.
I have also checked the logs and there are no fatal logs
