Thanks for your query and sorry for the delay. Somehow, we were unable to login to our profile.

We checked and noticed that the “Order” button on your site is an Add to Cart button and when clicked, it keeps the user on the same page instead of redirecting them to the product page.

We recommend disabling the AJAX plugin currently active on your site. After that, please enable the AJAX Add to Cart setting in FunnelKit Cart settings.

Once you have made these changes, please check whether the issue is resolved.

Thanks for sharing the information. Yes, this is true the woocommerce product options works without AJAX. This can be further debugged and solution to work with the AJAX support can be handled by their team. Please reach out to “woocommerce product options” support team and let us know what they says about AJAX supported product options validation.

Hi @marieke_louise,

Thanks for using the Sliding Cart and for reaching out to us.

It seems the option are not AJAX add to cart supported. The Siding cart works to show the sliding cart popout using the AJAX.

Can you please check after disabling this setting to run the validation that product options are selected before adding the product to cart?
