“Record all users” should either NOT override role exclusions, or else it and the role exclusions should have text by them explaining this non-intuitive “feature.”
It has never worked for me. I have all the roles turned off, yet my own work editing and posting massively drowns out my very small audience. (In all four of the blogs I maintain)
