You can get all the information that you need after you register for a merchant account via LINE Pay. LINE Pay is a service provided by LINE Corporation. This plugin only connects the necessary bits to make LINE Pay work with WooCommerce orders.

這個作品的確是目前唯一公開免費下載的，不過我開發WordPress應該已經有五年以上了，客製化過蠻多模組的，只是因為合約關係不便公開。

這個plugin的測試環境是
WordPress 4.3.1
WooCommerce 2.4.8-2.4.10
另外這裡的錯誤代碼都是LINE Pay的API回應的，所以跟WooCommerce本身並沒有關係。其實1106的問題我也不是很清楚，不過之前有一個case是不管怎樣都會遇到1106。
不過聯絡過LINE Pay客服之後好像經過他們的調整完就不會1106了。
如果還是有問題的話建議你可以跟LINE Pay客服聯絡一下應該很快就可以解決了。謝謝

不好意思連續兩篇回覆你，不過上一個回覆提到的版本我現在已經更新到plugin directory了
所以如果你是從這裡安裝的話請直接從你的WordPress後台更新就可以了謝謝

關於你的問題，目前我也有遇過有其他人回報這個問題。
針對這個問題我有做了一個修正，不過現在code還在GitHub上面，
