I had that too. The more I tweaked the settings, the worse it got. My solution was to reset the inside and outside distances of the top group.

Sorry for the delay.
Thanks for the feedback and the note. It helped me a lot as I had a theme that was not a Block theme.
I am currently making good progress but find it very difficult that there is not one theme where you can set everything.
One theme has shadows, another does not. Others don’t allow all block widths. Still others have more colors and so on.
