Hey,
Make sure the “Use Wildcards” option is checked. Then add an * sign to the end of both the old and the new URLs. This way, all your old URLs with UTM tags will be redirected to the new URL. But you’ll still have to define the old and new URLs without the * sign, otherwise URLs without UTM tags will not be redirected.

Are you still having this problem? My visual editor just stopped working all of a sudden the other day and I cannot seem to figure out how to fix the problem (diactivated the plugins, cleared the browsing data, etc., but no luck). Working in the text editor is very slow, so I would love to get back to the visual mode..
