But I think it’s all about recent Elementor update (Flex).
Because in my other websites which still use Section/Column layout method, everything seems fine.

Ok I will, but I am kind of sure that it’s all about Elementor Flex containers.
Because I only have this issue in one of websites which I have converted Sections to Containers.
I think most of Elementor addon plugins are affected by this change, maybe yours is one of them.
