This is a bug that has been fixed in version 1.4.1

Please send me the URL of the page that contains the gallery.
The only way I found to fix this issue quickly was to roll back to version 3.4.2. Make sure you perform a full backup of your installation before you perform this upgrade.
Are there any plans in the future releases to correct this disastrous upgrade experience? I hate to sit on a previous version for to long, but…
Did anybody test version 3.5 in the wild before releasing it? I just performed the upgrade and my site crashed. I followed some of the steps listed above to no avail and now some of my directories are locked.
Please explain how you fixed this issue. I just upgraded and experienced the same problem.

In reply to: [ReFlex Gallery » WordPress Photo Gallery] Shortcode does NOT workI have found the issue that is causing this problem and have made the bug fix on the Pro version already. The issue is that the folder containing the prettyPhoto scripts is all lower case (/prettyphoto/), but is referenced in the code as ‘/prettyPhoto/’. Some hosting providers have a problem with the different casing, while others do not. I will make this update to the repository version very soon.
