I don’t get your mind about the first question. Can you say more clearly about it.
This plugin only has Paypal payment gateway as default gateway. If you want to use other payment gateway, you have to buy other add-on.
Now we don’t have the feature to allow the user upload the materials.

If it still doesn’t work, please check this issue with the default theme (twenty xxx theme).
